IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU BEGIN
ATHLETIC FEES DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION
Please note, all athletic fees as listed on the second page of the TCCS Tuition and Fees Schedule will be due at the time of submission of all clearance forms and registrations. You can create an account, begin registering your student, and begin completing forms, as well as save your work and return to complete all required steps, but your submission for clearance and registration cannot be submitted without payment. Every athlete is required to pay a sports fee for each team on which they participate. This fee helps to defray the cost of athletics. Processing fees and other fees may apply. Each sport may also require the purchase of practice gear, a Spirit Pack, and other sport-specific equipment (i.e., cleats, etc.) which would be communicated by the head coach of that program.

ADDING A STUDENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT - ONE PARENT ACCOUNT PER STUDENT ALLOWED
As a parent, once you have created your own personal account to manage your student's registrations you will then be able to add a student to the account and begin registering for activities/programs. Please ensure that only one parent creates an account for a student. Once a student's information is verified by a parent, captured, and associated with one account, the student will not be able to be associated with any other parent's account in our system. If there are separate households, please communicate accordingly. This setting will avoid duplicate accounts and protect student information.
PHYSICAL EXAMS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL TCC ATHLETICS HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMS
High school student-athletes must upload a signed, dated, and cleared TCC Physical Exam Form from a licensed MD, DO, NP, or PA.
We strongly encourage you to get a sports physical completed sometime between May and July to ensure that the physical does not expire during the school year. An expired physical would make a high school student ineligible to participate in athletics. If you are unable to make an appointment with your child’s primary doctor right away, sports physicals are also available at any urgent care or CVS Minute Clinic. Physicals are effective for one calendar year from the date of the examination. No hard copies or soft copies (email, etc.) will be accepted - they must be uploaded to your account on our registration website. A clear photo or scan of the required forms is acceptable as long as it is legible.
HIGH SCHOOL TRANSFER
In addition to the school athletic clearance at TCC, our state association, CIF (California Interscholastic Federation), requires that any high school student who is transferring from another high school must complete a CIF 510 Pre-enrollment Form. Only uploads to your athletic clearance account will be accepted. Transfer students may not compete until they are cleared by our CIF-San Diego Section office. If your family has transferred high schools due to a full family move, you will be required to submit all required documentation listed on the Full Family Move Checklist. If you are unsure of what kind of transfer you are and what forms will be required you may review the CIF Transfer Flow Chart or reach out to the TCC Athletics office at salo.faraimo@tccs.org.
ONLY ONLINE SUBMISSIONS ACCEPTED
No hard copies or soft copies (email, etc.) will be accepted - they must be uploaded to your account on our registration website. A clear photo or scan of the required forms is acceptable as long as it is legible.
